The client, Hannah Barry Gallery, expressed a need for a new functional extension to the existing art gallery. The proposal adressess the brief by identifying key issues, providing a functional and spatially appealing response.
The ‘room within a room’ allows for the various activities to take place behind its panelled facade, wich acts as a continuation of the entrance hallway guiding visitors into the heart of the gallery.
